Sum data in excel VBA

Hi guys,
I am new to excel VBA, i am working on a project that has various field numbers and i store them in excel worksheet, the field numbers can appear more that once in the worksheet, how do i sum a total weight of only the same field, for instance field 1 has 20kgs,40kgs and 50kgs? using VBA?

Got another problem, have to start generating reports from my worksheet, and am so new to this, please kindly help me because my project is almost due.
types of reports i should generate are
the user to select either daily or monthly report:
if its daily, the user should select the date from calendar then the report should sum all field number's field weight, factory weight, varied weight and the total quality scored if it is red, green etc
then in weekly report it uses calendar weeks like week 34 and monthly groups the weeks to months
