Excel 2010 Macro to autorefresh pivot table w/ new dates data& (so there is no "(blank)")

I have many sheets that use an ADD In to update a new dates data, then have to click refresh manually for the pivot table to update, and (blank) still shows in the pivot table. I would like help having a macro I can put into every sheet that says ONCE the Add-In Data is updated THEN the pivot table will automatically refresh with the new date or dates data, AND (blank) will not appear in the pivot table.

Thank you in advance for any help on this issue I have been trying to research ways to fix it all weekend but have had no luck in incorporating both requests.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
