I need help with transferring formatted text within a data validated cell

I have a sheet that is constructing a menu. Each menu price pulls down a list of dishes dependent on the price choice. This is all done in drop down lists from a remote table using data validations.

My issue is that we have a specific layout for the name of the dish, it's description, font size etc. I can format the original text, but when it has been 'chosen' from the drop down list, and transferred to the summary menu, the font reverts to basic. Is there a way to copy the cell in it's completely formatted cell rather than just the information in it? And how do I do it?
