Lightbulb Subtotal Average Multiple Sheets into a Summary Sheet

Hi all, I've found bits and pieces to try and do this, but I can't get all the code together to work.

I am using some simulation software to populate 9 worksheets in my excel file. Due to how it drops the information in, my columns do not have any labels.

Column one is the scenario number (1...2....3...etc.) and is the subtotal group by column. The remaining 6 columns are the data points.

I would like to subtotal average the data for each scenario and compile into a single summary worksheet.

    The data looks like:
    SimulationResultsSample.xlsx

I'd like the summary sheet to have the first column be the scenario number, the second column be the worksheet name, and columns 3-9 be the subtotals for each scenario and worksheet.

Any suggestions would help me a ton. Thank you!

Try this, open, enable macros and run ConsolidateSubTotals macro.

Thank you so much! The non-macro has some errors (the values don't match up) but the macro works perfectly!

Thank you both for taking the time to help!
