Hi!
I am tired of using Vlookup to get a desired result.I have a sheet1 where column A has ITEM and on sheet2 COLUMN A has ITEM.I want to compare sheet1 column with sheet2 column and remove the duplicate data from Sheet1.The deleted or removed data should get pasted on sheet3.

Try This:

On sheet3 you have given the matched ITEM.
I wanted to compare sheet1 with sheet2.If Sheet2 row matches sheet1 then row should get deleted from Sheet1 and the deleted row should appear in the Sheet3.
As per your solution you have given the matched value on sheet3.
I am sure you can give solution as per my requirement.
