Pop-up window to allow predefined option selection

Friends,

I would like to code into a macro a pop-up window that gives the user predefined selections of which to choose one. They would click one of them, then click OK or whatever button they should press. I would then want the choice they selected to be available to insert into a cell on the spreadsheet.

Is this possible?

I have two questions:

I have created a user form that has three elements to it where the user would input data:

text Field named BatchNumber
text field named BatchDate
list box that draws data from Sheet1!A1:A4

In the "tutorial" all of the values acquired from the user form were direct-entered on the spreadsheet. I want the values to be available for later use in a macro that comes after the form closes. Can this be done?

Also .. I am not getting how to close the form (saving the values entered) when the OK button that I have created is clicked. Currently it just sits there..
