Countdown Timer in Excel with a "pause" and "start" button

Hey Friends,

This is one of the most interesting forums i have come across the internet. Period.

Here are my requirements,

- Create a countdown timer with a "pause" and "start" button.
- E.g. I start solving a case at 10am, which needs to be solved at 2pm (within 4hrs). I need a countdown timer to reflect the same.
- Incase, There are breaks during the solving, I can pause the timer and continue it back when i begin solving the case.

Over and above, If anyone can help me on getting a pictorial display of the same it would be icing on the cake.
