Is there a way to make this happen. I have a workbook with a worksheet that has input information, a page of references and then a report worksheet. The macros that I created on the report worksheet are just filter verious areas into sub-reports. I want to take that page into a separate work book break the link and still allow those recieving the report to use the macros for filtering.
below will copy the code thats under the worksheet itself from your original to your destination , this does not include modules.
Right click on the sheet involved and select "move or copy"
select the workbook it needs to go to from the dropdown
you can then even select its position of your destination
make sure to select "create a copy (at bottom left)
or have it done by code

I can't read the mind of my wife so then I get picture but no sound .... and then I mostly get the idea, same goes here picture your outcome and I get the idea.
When i copy the worksheet to a new workbook it does not bring the marcos with it. they stay attached to the other page.
