Need to Send the E-Mail as per Defined Criteria!

Hello Experts,

Please open the attached Excel file, in this Column A i.e. “S. No.” to Column K i.e. “Requested on” is essential input which will update by the Requester Manually.

Once the Requester updates all essential input, he will press the above button i.e. “Requester to Level 1”.

After that is pressed, I want VBA to go and look the E-Mail list Range C3:C12 for To Recipient and D3:D12 for Cc Recipients and send the Mail as mention below (I do not want entire Excel or any cell to copy)

Subject of the E-Mail: “Serial Number 1 to 6 is Waiting for your Approval please approve the same”

Body of the E-Mail: Since this Excel file is saved in the Network path, I want the “Network Path link” to be a body of the E-Mail. So that Level 1 Person can just clink on the link and update his Remarks.

Signature: It has to the same Signature which has been defined in their respective outlook.

Similarly after Level 1 Person update his Remarks like Approved, Not Approved or Etc., he will press the button which is above his column.

While doing this, I want VBA to go and look for E – Mail list Range C13:C22 for To Recipient and D13:D22 for CC Recipients and send the Mail as mention below (I do not want entire Excel or any cell to copy)

Subject of the E-Mail: “Serial Number 1 to 6 Remarks are updated”

Body of the E-Mail: Since this Excel file is saved in the Network path, I want the “Network Path link” to be a body of the E-Mail. So that Requester Person can just clink on the link and look his Remarks.

Signature: It has to the same Signature which has been defined in their respective outlook.
