VBA - randomly picking from a list?

Afternoon all,

Below i've attached the spreadsheet im currently on about in the title..

As you can see, i've got it working using a forumla in cell F5 (Yellow section) if you press f9, it will randomly pick (with duplicates)

I've added a userform (CommandButton 1) - Could this be used to randomly generate the address + relivant postcodes

The list is huge so i've cut it down to 10 - but normally its over 600..
