link range in combo box

sir we came here for a little help regarding to link my combo box with with database sheet... & then after disply result

my exsiting code is already in file.

PS. We can do with Data validation but we want to use here combo box so dhat we can change fonts (i m from india & we work on these logic in hindi fonts so we use combo box)
