Macro button to move formula cell reference to the next column - HELP!

Hi

I have a formula that refers to certain cells that outputs arrows in Wingdings3 text depending on the value of the adjacent cell. The formula refers to column months, so A is June and B is July.

I wonder if there is a macro button I can put in place that once I enter data in column C, the button would then move the formula to compare the next month so it would then be July (B) compared to August (C). I'd like to click this button every month to get the formula to move across accordingly rather than manually dragging to the cell reference.
