    How to split text in a cell with a specified condition

    Hi,

    In Column c I have this kind of values - G: R:fer t:ggk S:NABHLC.

    I want the entire txt to be deleted Leaving the letters after S:

    That is my result in all the cells in column c shld ve remainin txt removed and letters after S:be present. i.e NABHLC.

    Something which can b done using text to columns but i require a simple code for that.

    Assuming pattern.. only y seeing a single example.. and prposing.. i think useless.. and lots of validation assumption..

    Please upload a sample file.. with expected output.. atleast few more example..

    Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

    Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

    This simple macro is a total guess and may not work as you expect, but give it a try (I assumed you only want to keep text after last colon occurrence)
