Date Format

Hello,

Please help me with date format.

In Column H, I have this: 09/06/13 to the last row... which is 09/12/13
The below macro will get the date and day of H11 and date and day of the last row of Column H.
But it returning like this: 9/16 - 9/12. I just want the result to be like: 09/06 - 09/12
