Import multiple text file into excel in tabular format

Hi All,

I am trying to import multiple text file which is in one folder @ one click into excel in one tab. The only condition is that, data should be atleast comes in row segregated not in sigle cell.
I've attached the txt file for reference in which :
W1 FQ3 G72 03 71781 DCPP 44354 0 00 001 124.62 ERR006 FUND SPLIT IS NOT SET UP, FS MS = 1 & 2 DEH

this should atleast be segregated into columns.

Any help in this regard will highly be appriciated.
