Protecting forms with password

Hello Masters,

Gretings. I am not an expert in VBA and things like that. I copy the codes here and there from experts like you any try to make my requirement.

Now, I have the attached excel file, where I have created a user form. This will help keeping the data in Sheet3. Now, I want to protect the Sheet3, so that the entered data can not be altered, even by mistake. Can you please help in this?

Hello Masters, I forgot to add a line, that the combo box is not picking up the data from named ranges in Sheet named Owners. I am surfing net in parallel to sort this out, If you can help me in this too, it would be a great help for me.
