Partial Matching of a text string

I have a faily large spreadsheet that has text in two columns. Is there a macro that can compare Cell A1 against Cell B1 and provide the results in Cell C1, indicating whether A1 is a Partial Match or No Match to B1. The macro would loop to do the same comparison for A2 and B2 and so on. Attached is a sample of my spreadsheet.

I am new to Fuzzy Lookup, but the problem I run into using this is that Fuzzy Lookup takes what is in cell A1 and looks for matches in an array, say B1:B5000. What I need is to identify if A1 is a partial match to the text only in B1, if the text in A2 is a partial match to text only in B2, etc...I do not need to know if A1 is a partial match to anyother text in column B.
