Modify VBA code that creates a list of Sheet Names

I found the helpful VBA code listed below in a former post. I am new to VBA and I am having difficulty trying to modify the code to:

1 - Start the list wherever the cursor is located (not in A1)
2 - List the sheet names as hyperlinks only
3 - Omit the active sheet-name
