Multiple pivot tables: swith column/value fields for all at once

    Hello there,

First of all, I am sorry to disturb you because I am a total newbie on Excel. The maximum I can do is pivot tables + VLookups, so you can gauge my Excel skills!

Anyway, here is my problem (on Excel 2007):
    - I have a data table with like 4.000 rows (1 per interviewee) and 200 columns (the questions answered)
    - From this table, I want to get a table as the following:

Likes beef only Likes chicken only Like fish only
Men Men liking beef only (%) Men liking chicken only (%) Men liking fish only (%)
Women Women liking beef only (%) Women liking chicken only (%) Women liking fish only (%)
Less than 20 YO 20YO- liking beef only (%) 20YO- liking chicken only (%) 20YO- liking fish only (%)
20 YO and more 20YO+ liking beef only (%) 20YO+ liking chicken only (%) 20YO+ liking fish only (%)
Lives in the USA Living in the USA and liking beef only (%) Living in the USA and liking chicken only (%) Living in the USA and liking fish only (%)
Lives outside the USA Living outside the USA and liking beef only (%) Living outside the USA and liking chicken only (%) Living outside the USA and liking fish only (%)

Since adding multiple row fields in a pivot tables makes it sort the fields one by another, in order to get simples results as the example ahead, I made a sheet with 3 pivot tables one after another:
    - one with only the "GENDER" variable in the row field (the var. being "Men" or "Women")
    - one with only the "AGE" variable in the row field (the var. being "Less than 20 YO" or "20 YO and more")
    - one with only the "REGION" variable in the row field (the var. being "Living in the USA" or "Living outside the USA")
    - they all share the same Colums and Values field: "Favourite meat" (the var. being "Beef only" or "Chicken only" or "Fish only")

I want to make such a multiple pivot table model for each of my 200 columns! By manually drag-and-dropping the fields for that many configurations seems so pointless... Therefore, how could I, for example, make all the pivot tables of the sheet (except the first one) sync their sole Column/Value fields with the first pivot table of the sheet (for which I would manually drag-and-drop the fields for Columns and Values)? Otherwise, how could I get the same result as shown in the example with only one pivot table?

Thank you for your kind help.
