Need a button macro which will hide blank spaces, then prints out the columns that have text; once printed want to unhide columns and move down 1 line in the first column, e.g. move down from "Monday" in Col. "A" to "Tuesday". I don't know VBA and using the "Format">"Hide, etc. in a macro works only if each of the blank cols are first selected. I don't want the user to have to do that. The whole idea was to save time. He has about 80 orchids. Each day some of them are serviced - from 8 or so one day, maybe 20 the next and so on until all 80 are cared for, some times several may overlap. Thus no matter what orchids are included, space is saved when printing only those indicated.
The columns include 2 rows - top row is orchid id and the second line contains the day and a key indicating what is to be done. Eample -"W" = water, "WF" = water and fertilize.
