Bold part of cell string

For improved ability to read client names in a list, I wanted to format the string "Duck, Donald" as "DUCK, Donald". Doing to task manually for a few records was no problem, though updating hundreds of records no fun at all.

So I wrote a small piece of code to do the task. I share the code here in the attachment for all who may find it it of value.
