Macro or Function that copy data base on cell value

Hello,
Please see my attach sheet, I want Macro or Funtion that help to do this... If D1 have value AB then Cell A2:B20 have all the info that under AB or if I change to CD or DE then it change to that value. So I want function or macro that allways look at the d1 value change the range A2:b20.
