Help: take values from many columns into one list, separate list to new worksheets

am very new to VBA and slowly working my way through the resources for beginners. While I learn, I need help with this time-consuming task:

I am analyzing an excel survey-output that puts the names of respondents and their partner id into different columns, depending on an initial language choice. I need to aggregate these names and partners into a single list. I tried writing a formula to no avail. In the picture below, I would need to move all the 1,2,3 into the appropriate NAME or PARTNER column.

    Partner Reports_ Macro Help.xlsx

Ideally, I would then like to move the names into a single list on a separate worksheet, sorted according to the various partners.

Please let me know if you can help!

    Hi celestealexandra

    Welcome to the Forum!!

    Pictures are of little value.

Please attach a sample file that represents what you have. The structure of your attachment should be the same structure as your actual data. Any proprietary information should be changed.

Include in the attachment any code you're currently using (whether it works or not) and an "After" worksheet that demonstrates what you wish the output to be.

    To Attach a File:

    1. Click on Go Advanced
    2. In the frame Attach Files you will see the button Manage Attachments
    3. Click the button.
    4. A new window will open titled Manage Attachments - Excel Forum.
    5. Click the "Add Files"... button to locate your file for uploading.
    6. This will open a new window File Upload...Click "Select Files"
    7. Once you have located the file to upload click the Open button. This window will close.
    8. You are now back in the Manage Attachments - Excel Forum window.
    9. Click the "Upload Files" button and wait until the file has uploaded.
    10. Click the "Done" Button.

    Hi John,

I have attached the Excel File. On the Full list tab, the grayed data would be the raw data, while the highlighted column would be the first step of the Macro. The second step would be the pulling the names into the appropriate partner tab.

I honestly don't have any Macro code because I couldn't figure out what I needed to begin (lots of googling, no starting code). I tried unsuccessful to work with formulas.

    Thanks,

    Hi celestealexandra

When you describe this as Raw Data that indicates to me you already have it...is this True or does it need to be created?
    HTML Code:
I'm missing something or your File is missing something...where's this come from?
