Combined Two Codes but Not working

Hello,
I am trying to combine two codes meant previously for two different Excel sheets with Macro Codings. But after Combining the lateron is not working .
I am noob not able to understand the issue.

I have copy pasted both of the codes from Internet. I am not owner of these.
First Part is for Forcing user to Enable Macros 2nd Part is for giving this Excel File and Expiry date and lock it in case of Expiry with a passward.
Both Codes work in individual files but after combining I am not able to solve it.
