How to set the ascending order datas in the desired result?

I have a file having 9000 rows with S.No. 1,2,3,4 etc. ,in ascending order. It has downloaded from available system in the company.

Can it be possible the file be in the format of desired sheet ( attach file ) through macro working or VBA Codes?

For more clarification, please refer the attach file of download sheet and Desired Sheet.

Please check the attached workbook. Format the table on the Download worksheet before running the code as the format will be copied.

You're right. .Offset(50).select is a better way to do it, and it would improve on the code I proposed.
