Ive been hitting excel pretty hard the past few days and now im official stopped dead!!
what im trying to do is this;
loop through column "AL", which will have someone's initials in it, i have these initials in a variable called "Initials" when it matches one it does a vlookup on a specific document dependant on who the initials belong to(hope your still following!) once this has been done it cycles down to the next row i.e. "AL2" and does the exact same thing.
to my understanding this should of been simple!! but im having a really hard time getting to grips with the logic of it! i would upload the document for you to see what i mean but unfortunately all the information is confidential as its something im doing for my workplace.
if you can think of a better idea let me know or even better if you think you know what im on about and can give me an example that would be BRILL!!!

p.s im actually using excel 2010 but that shouldn't make much difference with VB (should it lol).
