Macro to delete all cell formats, print areas, frozen panes, groupings in a workbook

I need a macro that resets most of the workbook's settings, since my excel (2007 and 2010) crashes when I open certain tabs of the excel file. Therefore I require to delete the following settings from vba) without screen updating:
    - clear all cell formats for each cell in all worksheets
    - clear all defined print areas in all worksheets
    - clear any freezed panes in all worksheets
    - clear all row and column groupings in all worksheets
    - unhide all hidden cells / rows in all worksheets

By appling the "Application.ScreenUpdating = False" line I am able to run macros in the sheets that caouse my excel to crash, when I try to open the respective workbook.
I tried to accomplish the tasks mentioned above by recording the respective codes, however I am unable to compile a working macro that runs this tasks an all worksheets (c. 30 sheets with various print settings / groupings).

Any help is highly welcome. Thanks#

    Karsten
