Protect VBA project of "B file" from "A file"

Hi all,
I want to protect the VBA project of "B file" from "A file" through VBA excel 2003.
I was tried lot of solution from online like in http://www.standards.com/Office/SetV...tPassword.html, but it's protect the project of "A File" instead of "B file".

Can anyone help on this.
