How a combo box(form control) to display its list index value in Greek

Hi, I have a combo box(form control) in an excel 2010 sheet with its input range in Greek
The question is that, with the following vba code, when I'm trying to use the list index value in a cell formula,IF function, (since the list index value is in Greek), when I'm writing the code I can not use Greek letters to match with the combo box list entries.
