    splitting worksheet into multiple worksheets

    Hi All,

This is a branch off of an older thread from Johnyboytweed found here.[URL="http://www.excelforum.com/excel-general/845121-how-to-split-worksheet-into-multiple-worksheets-based-on-column-content-new-post.html"]

In the attached workbook, I copied 2 sets of code take from Ron de Bruin. I would like to run the macro but include the first 5 rows above my headers in a6:d:6. When i run the macro without the 5 rows entered above, it works flawlessly! I would just like to add some formatting/titles above the headers for each tab. I would greatly appreciate any assistance!

Just want to let everyone that this is not my code, i took it from the thread above. Thanks again!

    Mark

    Hi AB33,

Sorry for the confusion. The macro i have now takes a table and creates a new sheet for every name listed in column A. What i am looking to do is the same thing but i would like to put a few lines of information above the table such as company name, date, and subject, and have those lines appear on the new sheets created. I've attached an updated file to clear up my request. thanks alot!

Might be a good idea to publish that function as well.

You're right HaHoBe. But I didn't write the code. I only modified it. The Last Row function was included in the Op's sample.
