Copy row to next empty rown between specified start/end rows

Hello,
I try to ....

Copy A1:D4 data to next empty row between row 1 to row 12.

1 Since row 2 has data, row 3 is an empty row; VBA will copy data from row 1 A1:D1 to
row 3 A3:D3.
2 Click marco button again, data from A1:D1 will copy to row 5 since row 4 has data.
