Limiting a data validation list

I would like to limit the choices in a data validation list based on another cell's value.
My values look like this:
Column A:
business
business intelligence
audit
operations

....

The Data Validation List (Column B) contains the similar values to the ones above plus about 60 more. It's time consuming to scroll through the enitire list so I would like to make navigation easier.

I would like to only show values that almost match the ones from column A.
For exapmle, if A1's value is business, I only want the drop down list to show values containing business instead of the entire list.
