Resize table to same row count as a piovt table

Hi all

My first post.
I have searched and tried a few things but cannot seem to resolve my problem.

I have a piivot table and a Table on the same worksheet. The table uses vlookup and some calculations using the left column on the pivot table to vlookup data in another spreadsheet.

That all works fine. My problem is I would like the table to grow and shrink its row numbers to the same count as the pivot table.

The count of pivot rows works but the table doesnt re-size.
The sheet is named NextCEVPdue, the table is named Table7 and the pivot table pivtottable2. The table has 4 columns and the the header lines up with the top row of the pivot table (row 4)

Any help or advice please.
