Change Values on Change and Limit Values

Hi Trying to Change values in a cell based on the value changed and then indexed/matched against an array. Also want to limit the cell's value to a value in the array. Code below, not sure what's wrong, can't troubleshoot Change Event

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

How can anybody test your code without an example?

Ok, well to be honest I've tried posting my workbook and only one person has really responded to that, most responses I get are usually when I just ask a question or post the code. In this instance, I'm just trying to understand a solution to the my workbook is kind of inconsequential, in my opinion. I don't know though. I just want to figure out a way to limit the cell input to an array and when that value is selected generate values from another array. Not trying to be rude.
