Button to insert new row, clear data and keep formulas

Hi to everybody!

I have a big database which is constantly updated. For now it has 1596 rows. I want to make a button which will insert a new row after the last one(when it is filled with data), and the new row to look just the same like the previous one(but with cleared information), to keep the formulas in columns P Q R and S and the First column A is a serial number - it must keep the next number after the previous one..

The button is placed 2 in the second row under the last row.
It keeps the formulas and puts the next serial number, but it copies the last row and the new one is with the same information as the last, it is not cleared of information as i want to.. Can you help me? thanks in advance
