I need to look up how much time a employee picks

in the below form I have six "lines" in which employees long in and out. Sometimes the work is not completed on one shift so must be done on two. What I need is a code or formula that will look at each line and count the total of duration tech worked. so for instance joe logs in (by choosing his name from a drop down in a combo box) and works at the end of his shift work is not complete so sam come in to finish the work on the next shift. so i need starting in cell P50 each techs who has worked on batch, and starting in Q50 I need the sum total of minutes each has worked.
