Consolidate multiple workbook sheets to one file - subscript out of range error?????

Hi,

I get sent a csv file containing one worksheet with a daily data dump every day. i place these files into a folder. Once every fortnight i want to run a macro that combines all of these files into one worksheet, with one header row. I have the following code that should work however i get a subscript out of range error? No idea why!!! any help would be appreciated!
