ActiveCell.Offset excluding hidden rows

Hello all, this is my first post so bear with me.

I have a workbook in which I have several columns of data and roughly 7000 rows.
I have 2 filters in place and would like to select all visible rows from the 21st visible row down in order to hide those so that the user can select to see just the Top 20 (xlTop10Items does not work because it includes hidden rows).

When I use the below code Excel highlights all visible rows:

As I'm very much a beginner in VBA I can't figure it out. I've been searching for answers for the best part of a day and can't find a solution that works.

Any input would be very much appreciated.

I've found a work around for now using the following code:

This moves the cursor to the next visible cell and I've repeated the code 20 times!

It works well but if anyone, one day, finds a less long winded solution then I'd be interested to hear what it is
