Move duplicates to a new worksheet

Hello! I am working in Excel 2010 and have merged 2 very long address lists. I'd like to get rid of the rows that contain the duplicate contact names and move them to another sheet. I'm having a hard time understanding the codes that have been posted in other threads regarding this process. Can someone help me, please? I'm very trainable I just don't understand a lot of the lingo. Thanks!

Welcome to the Forum. Can you provide a sample file with original data (before macro) and how the destination sheet will look after running the macro. To attach a file, push the button with the paperclip (or scroll down to the Manage Attachments button), browse to the required file, and then push the Upload button.
