VBA If row contains values, copy and insert row beneath

The first sheet is how it looks. The second is the process i want the macro or vba script to perform until everything is in only columns A and B Chart1.jpgChart2.jpg

It needs to search Column C for a value and if it finds a value copy the row header; insert a new row with this row header and paste the value of the found cell. I am extremely new with writing VBA script but I am working on tweaking what I can find online. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Yes thats the general Idea but i would need it to keep running so the column would end up looking like this: Chart3.jpg

It would need to keep adding a new row per column and delete it from the previous column. <-Which sounds more confusing then the image implys lol
