EXCEL: Required macro for data collation and conversion

Dear Experts

Please find attached file with both raw data and required output details. Need your help to create an macro to automate the same.

Raw data is dummy sample of actual file which contains multiple records, and the number records rows are getting change in every file .

Almost, there is a change in that it also varies with column F (there is an extra for loop). I got a PM from gaikwad saying he was having troubles replying to the old thread and I said to make a new one rather than replying by PM.
