I REALLY need help with some basic macro skills. This is what I need to accomplish:
Sheet 1 has a training program template (workout) on it and sheet 2 has a roster & corresponding numbers (names in a table and values).
Sheet 1 (workout) has a drop down list that includes the roster from sheet 2. When a name is selected on sheet 1, I have VLOOKUP equations set in certain cells on sheet 1 so that the person's corresponding numbers change (as I choose different names from the dropdown).
This is what I did and obviously it did not work but I cannot figure it out...
I clicked record macro and named it and then one-by-one printed each person's sheet by choosing from the dropdown...clicked "stop recording macro"
I need to reprint the sheets once every 2-3 weeks...the dropdown will not change on both sheets, only information/words/exercises will change on sheet 1. I want to be able to run the macro every time I need to print the entire roster (10-40 people)...so i do not have to print it one-by-one every time.
Can someone please help me?
