Macro to find and replace the title link of open workbook

Afternoon all,

I have a workbook with links to a different workbook. I would like to be able to replace those links to new links of another OPEN workbook. If this could be done at the push of a button, it would be much quicker than doing find + replace, changing the long title name manually - replace all.
Is it possible to automatically find and replace to the title of an open workbook/open sheet?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

This is a recorded macro making the find + replace all for the link. Is it possible to change the [test3.xlsx]Sh to CURRENT link title, and [test.xlsx]SH to NEW open workbook? That's basically what I need...
