Open file code switch off when name changed

I have a code that ON OPENING of the workbook it automatically gathers key data from other workbooks.

The workbook does various things........ but at the end it collates data and saves under a new file name.

The problem is the original code is still active, is there a way of switching it off after the name change???

The original file name is Actuals Part 2 and then the final name could be September Actuals...

Is it possible to say if file name = Actuals Part 2 then rum but if not then don't run.

????? Confused
