Help creating vba function to move data from table to table on if condtion

Hey,

i have a table name day 1. in everyday problems are been open and close (or not opened at all).
i need to create a function that if a problem wasnt solved and closed in that day, it will copy the data of that problem (name, num, time.. etc) to the next day
without leaving empty rows (not based on the problem's row in the day before).
