Macro needed: match names in different columns; then copy and paste range

I need a macro that will match a range of data in columns B through X with the corresponding name in column A.
Each name in Row A can may up to 13 rows of records in columns B through X. It is possible that a name may NOT have any records.....THIS IS MY PROBLEM.

I use a recorded macro to import data from another file into columns B through X. Currently I have the data in column B through X separating with a name change. I don't know how to separate the data to copy and paste down to the next MATCHING name.

I've included an example of a starting sheet and a 2nd sheet with the goal of what I am trying to obtain. The visual is easier to understand than trying to explain. You will see that the name Nancy and Rob does not have matching data out to the right.

I start with a sheet with names at A511, A524, A537, A550, A563, every 13th cell ending with last name at A680. Total of 14 names.
There may be less than 14 names; so if only 3 names; then A550 forward will have a zero.
