Help Simplify Very Basic VBA Code to Delete Non-Adjacent Rows in Excel

I know the following is clunky, but I cannot figure a better way to do it. Please let me know of any ideas that anyone has to make it more modular and easier on the eyes. Note- I am doing this for many more rows than just this.
