Entering large amounts of series into a graph

I have a spreadsheet full of line items of deferred maintenance. In another sheet I have a pivot table that, among other things, sums deferred maintenance items per building. I then run some calculations to get Net Asset Value and then request a 1-10 rating from the owners of a Value to Program. The goal is to get a graph of Value to Program (x) vs Net Asset Value (y). I've got the graph to display the data points, but only if they are all in one series. My boss wants to be able to hover over a point and have the pop-up (series name) say the building. This means a different series for every building, but there are so many it would take forever to enter them all, so a macro is in order. The following is my macro to enter data as a series line-by-line. If i try to run it I get a run-time error 1004. Application-defined or object-defined error. New to macros so I need some help.
