Extract user input data from one excel file into another

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to extract only "the data entered by a user" from one excel spreadsheet and copy it to another file. I don't want to extract data from any cell that contain a value calculated by a formula. For example, in the following example below, I want only the data from cells B1 and B2 to be extracted into another excel file since these are user input data. The B3 cell contains a formula to add cells B1 and B2. I don't want to extract cell B3.

1 item 1 count 500
2 item 2 count 600
3 total 1100

I have a large excel with 1,000's of fields (both user input and calculated cells) and I want to extract the user input cells automatically if possible. The point is I am trying to collect all the user input data (raw data) and do some analysis on it. Any Ideas?
