Validate a number in the cell based on rules

Hi,
A Number is input in the cell.
The program should validate the number - calcualte the sum of all digits within that cell and mark Green-OK or RED-NotOK based on few rules
Rules and required output is in attached sheet.

I am not going to offer you a solution. I did not even look at your request, but curious to find out this is your second post since you joined in 2004. It looks like you joined back then and have not posted a thread.
